No Name® Tortilla Chicken Pasta Saute

Ingredients:

  • 1 No Name® Tortilla Crusted Chicken Breast w/ Pepper Cheese Filling
  • 4 oz. – raw Pasta – such as Farfalle or other type
  • 2 oz. Cherry Tomatoes – cut in half
  • ½ oz. (approx. 4) Kalamata Olives
  • 2 ea. Green Onions – sliced
  • ½ cup Corn – frozen
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
  • ½ cup Salsa
  • 1 Tbls. Cilantro – fresh, chopped
  • Olive Oil

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cook No Name® Tortilla Chicken according to package instructions.
  2. Let the chicken cool slightly and then cut into bite size pieces.
  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain pasta and hold for further use.
  4. Prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Put a small amount of olive oil in a large sauté pan.
  6. Heat the pan. Add the vegetables to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add the pasta to the pan & sauté until heated through.
  8. Add the Alfredo sauce and the salsa. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are nicely coated and hot.
  9. Garnish with finely chopped cilantro.
