Flatbread Pizza with No Name® Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 Piece No Name® Parmesan Chicken (use ½ of a parmesan chicken per pizza)
  • 1 Sheet Flatbread, lavosh or whole wheat tortillas (sizes will vary)
  • ¼ cup Alfredo Sauce (such as Classico Four Cheese Alfredo)
  • 2 tsp. Roasted Red Peppers - diced
  • 1 tsp. Kalamata Olives - pitted, diced
  • ½ cup. Mozzarella Cheese - shredded
  • 1 Tbls. Romano Cheese - shredded
  • ½ tsp. Fresh Oregano - finely chopped
  • ½ cup Gourmet Greens - chopped
  • Olive Oil

Cooking Directions:

  1. Bake the No Name® Parmesan Chicken according to package directions.
  2. Lightly coat the crust (flatbread, tortilla or lavosh) with olive oil.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 3-4 minutes, crisping crust slightly.
  4. Remove the crust from the oven.
  5. Top the crust with Alfredo sauce, peppers, olives and cheese.
  6. Cut the parmesan chicken into thin strips (use ½ of a parmesan chicken per pizza).
  7. Place slices of parmesan chicken on top of the cheese.
  8. Garnish the top with chopped oregano.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is nicely melted.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with chopped gourmet greens. Serve immediately.
