  • ½ cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 Tbls. Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Heinz Chili Sauce
  • ½ cup White Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ cup Sesame Oil
  • 4 Tbls. Fresh Ginger - grated
  • 2 Tbls. Green Onions - chopped
  • 2 Tbls. Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Tbls. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbls. Honey
  • Black Pepper & Salt - to taste

Marinade Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Use half for marinating steaks and the other half for salad dressing.
  3. Marinate the steaks for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cook steaks to desired level of doneness. Let the steaks rest for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Cook the pasta. Drain the pasta and let cool while steaks are cooking. Just before serving, place the pasta in the salad dressing for about 1 minute to absorb some of the flavors of the dressing.
  3. Assemble the salad. Spread the lettuce evenly over a platter.
  4. Arrange pea pods, bean sprouts, oranges, mushrooms and bok choy around the salad.
  5. Place the pasta on top of the salad.
  6. Cut steak into strips and place on top of the pasta.
  7. Top the dish with the rest of the salad dressing, chopped basil and mint.
  8. Sprinkle with almonds and wonton strips and serve.
