While the steak is cooking, slice the onion into thin strips and place in a pre-heated sauté pan with a little bit of olive oil. Cook over medium heat until onions are nicely browned.
Cut the steak into thin strips.
Spread the BBQ sauce on the pizza crusts.
Place the cooked steak strips on top of the sauce.
Add caramelized onions and roasted red peppers on top of the meat.
Top the pizza with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Garnish the top of the pizza's with fresh thyme for color, flavor and aroma.
Bake at 375 degrees until the cheese is nicely browned.
