The meaty, smoky flavors in No Name Hickory Smoked Thick Sliced Bacon beg for a beer that can stand up to the luxurious, porky goodness. New Glarus Brewing Co., based in Wisconsin, has created a Imperial IPA, a hoppy, appropriately bitter brew that is the ideal bacon companion.
