No Name Bacon Salad Skewers
When it comes to salad, why be boring? If state fairs teach us anything, it’s that everything tastes better on a stick, so we’ve skewered something delicious.
Clean and dry Romaine lettuce leaves. Lightly oil your grill and grill the lettuce leaves for just a minute or two (enough to add grill marks and a little char). Cook your favorite No Name Bacon according to package directions.
Cut lettuce leaves into large pieces and add to a wooden skewer, alternating with large pieces of cooked No Name Bacon. Dip into your favorite salad dressing (we like ranch or bleu cheese) and you’ve got a salad that will make everyone smile!
